Design made easy. You choose what goes on each side. We will work closely with your design team or you can hand the design work off to us! We’ll make sure you are satisfied! We only require minimum Revolin branding and a few other things if you want your recipients to be able to use these in USA Pickleball sanctioned tournaments.

What is the minimum order for custom pickleball paddles?
Our minimum order is 8 paddles. Your pricing gets much better if you order 24+.
What if I need 250+ custom pickleball paddles?
Please contact us for a custom quote and delivery schedule for orders over 250.
Do I need to provide the artwork?
Not at all. Just send us your logo files, brand colors, and any ideas you have, and our in-house design team will handle the rest by building complete paddle concepts for you to choose from. You're also welcome to provide a specific design if you already have one, and we'll bring it to life. Either way, custom design service is fully included.
What is the turn-around time for custom pickleball paddle orders?
Once your design is approved, manufacturing typically takes 30 days or less. We will not begin production until you sign off on the final layout. If you are working with a tight timeline, please mention your target event date in your design brief so we can evaluate urgent requests and guide you on feasibility.
When is payment required for custom pickleball paddles?
Our design process is 100% free and has zero commitment—you won't pay a cent until you are fully satisfied with the concept. Payment is only needed to begin manufacturing after you give final design approval.
How many design revisions can I request?
You can request unlimited revisions. After we deliver initial design concepts we collaborate with you to refine the design until it matches your exact vision—production only starts once you give your final approval.
Can custom accessories or bags be added to paddle orders?
Absolutely. You can order custom bags and accessories in addition to your paddles. Simply note your interest when submitting your request, and we will feature available options directly in your quote.
Why would I want a USAP approved custom pickleball paddle?
Because USAP approval means your custom paddle is actually legal for real play — not just a cool design. If you want a paddle you can use in rec play, leagues, and tournaments, USAP approval is the only way to guarantee it meets official performance and material standards. It is different from “USAP approved paddle quality”, which is not legal for tournament play.
Is there really a difference between the three options?
Yes — there’s a real difference between the three options. Each one offers a distinct combination of materials, feel, and performance, so the right choice depends on what you value most in your gift. Some options prioritize softer feel and control, others deliver more power or spin, and some offer unique customization features. You’re not choosing between three versions of the same paddle — you’re choosing between three different performance profiles.
